Harbour tales

Funded by the Arts Council Grants for the Arts Programme we were commissioned as part of Fools Company to design the set and props for this festive production in November 2017 at Rosehill Theatre in Whitehaven.

Story teller Ian Douglas, puppeteer Jo Douglas and musician Mark Newport devised this original show by collaborating with local people. Stories were created to produce an incredibly funny, poignant and heartwarming theatrical event.

This was the first time we have used our creative skills in a theatre setting. Helen designed the set and Janice created the props. A steep and very quick learning curve but we are incredibly proud of the result.
